On the ground floor, via the 24m² sheltered terrace, you enter the equipped and integrated kitchen with its dining area, there is also a laundry area and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the relaxation lounge with TV opens onto the 24m² Forézien balcony. This level also serves the two bedrooms (a 140 cm bed / 3 90 cm beds) and the bathroom (walk-in shower - double sink & WC).
