GAEC La Ferme de Taillard

  • On the heights of Saint-Sauveur-en-Rue, a family farm of pigs and Aubrac cows certified organic. Meeting with the animals on request. Explanation of the production process, tasting of products and sale at the farm.

  • Farm located on the edge of a large pine forest called Taillard. Charcuterie made on the farm for over 30 years.

    The pigs are born and raised on our farm, fed without GMOs with a feed made on the farm from cereals.
    The Aubrac beef is produced in organic farming.
