Can you imagine, over half a century without any real beer? Impossible. And yet it's what happened in Saint-Étienne, after the Mosser brewery closed down in the 60s.

Fortunately, Yohann, Benjamin and Pierre-Luc, three mates with a passion for beer-making created the Brasserie Stéphanoise. Quality products, short supply chains and local partners: phew, Sant-Etienne's dry throats are saved. And because these young people like to share, they are also passing on their know-how. How would you like to be a brewer for a day? On a course in their brewhouse, there's malting and grinding and brewing galore, and then in the end the beer is given a name in gaga....
