This fully refreshed detached villa will provide you with all the comforts and equipment you need to have a pleasant stay. It has a courtyard and a fully enclosed garden of 500m² where you can enjoy the barbecue, the garden furniture, the vegetable garden in summer ... For your comfortable stay, charges and heating are included, beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen is provided.

Cottage of 52m²: on the ground floor there is the garage, the laundry room and the technical room. Upstairs, you access the living area with the living room, and its lounge area (with convertible sofa) / dining room, the fully equipped and integrated kitchen and the two bedrooms whose 80 beds can be twinned into 160 beds ( at the request of the owners). The bathroom is equipped with a shower with basin and the WC is independent.
