Gîte adjoining the owners' house of 100m² on the ground floor & first floor, with entrance and independent exterior. This opens onto the living room consisting of a beautiful fitted and integrated kitchen opening onto the dining area and the relaxation lounge. On this level, we find a bathroom (shower & sink) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the accommodation offers a mezzanine converted into a relaxation area with library and two beautiful bedrooms: a sumptuous suite with a 160*200 bed which has a private bathroom and a balcony - a pleasant bedroom with a 160 bed *200. At this level, a separate WC is fitted out.
