Les Halles Mazerat

  • Welcome to the Halles Mazerat (named after the architect who designed it). Inspired by Baltard's Halles in Paris, and opened in 1872, they have been given a makeover... it's been a long wait, but it was worth it!

  • Once the scene of open-air fish markets, and then a small protégé of the giant Casino, Les Halles returned to its former glory in September 2021 with the opening of Les Halles Biltoki.
    Restaurant, baker, caterer, fishmonger, roaster, greengrocer, cheesemonger, pastry chef... all from the region will once again liven up the Cours Victor Hugo area.
