Log cabin Nr. 2 "Le Chaumeiller" on the municipal campsite La Roche

The three log cabins are OPEN ALL YEAR long and continuously manned !!!

A Log cabin (FUSTE in french) is a house made of raw logs, stacked and crossed at the corners. Their stacking method uses the technique of nesting the tree trunks two by two by digging a groove that follows the shape of the tree trunk.

Log cabin Nr. 2 "Le Chaumellier" is located on the highest terrace, of the MUNICIPAL CAMPING of Noirétable with a breathtaking view of the Haut Forez mountain range. Backed by the forest, the log cabin is nestled in a relaxing and calm space on the top of the lake, 1 km from the center of Noirétable.


DESCRIPTION OF THE RENTED PROPERTY
The log cabin Nr. 2 "Le Chaumellier" of 26m2, is designed and equipped for a capacity of 4 people and one animal.
Electric heating. Hot water by 1 electric cumulus. Windows equipped with double glazing and blackout curtain.
INTERIOR - ground floor: 1 living room with equipped kitchenette, table and chairs, 140 cm sofa-bed
1 bedroom for 2 persons, 1 bedroom for 1 person
1 shower room with shower, sink, mirror
1 water closet

EXTERIOR: 10m2 concrete terrace, table and 4 chairs, vehicle parking nearby (20 m).
PLEASE NOTE: NOT PROVIDED: bed linen, kitchen linen and bathroom linen, toilet paper and garbage bags.
INVENTORY Living room with equipped kitchenette: 1 sofa bed (140 x 190) with 1 cover & plaid, 1 table, 4 chairs

Kitchenette equipped with a fridge with freezer, 2 hotplates, sink with 1 basin and drainer, microwave, electric coffee maker, kettle. Cooking equipment: frying pans, saucepans and removable handles. Crockery and cutlery (x 4 pieces): plates, bowls, cups, water and wine worms, cutlery and steak knives. Teapot with filter, strainer, ladle, dishes and salad bowls, salad servers, can opener and bottle opener ‘sommelier’, roast fork, large spoon, spatula, whisk, trivets and cutting board, 1 block with 5 paring knives, 1 peeler, 1 pair of scissors.
1 Big bedroom with bed for 2 persons, wardrobe shelves + 8 hangers storage, 1 duvet, 2 pillows.
1 smal bedroom with a bed for 1 person, wardrobe shelves , 1 duvet, 1 pillow.
Please, double or replace the sheets, sizes and protective covers with your own bed linen.
Bathroom: shower, sink with vanity unit, trash can, shower caddy, storage shelf.
WC with caddy for toilet paper (not supplied), brush broom.
Cleaning equipment: 1 vacuum cleaner, 1 complete set of sweeping and floor washing with broom, brush, wringer bucket and mop.
Terrace furniture: 1 table (100 x 60), 4 chairs, outdoor ashtray….

WLAN: WLAN is on the point of being deployed for the campsite's log cabins. It already works on most pitches. It is free. There is no need for a password. You go - in the settings - to WIFI4EU, check a box and click on connect.

Refreshments-Food: Snack-bar- restaurant nearby. All amenities and shops in the village of Noirétable 1 km away.
Leisure and entertainment:Leisure and entertainment on the campsite: Gaming room with table football, children's games. ping-pong table.
Around the lake: Swimming is supervised by a lifeguard (from 13 - 19 p.m. - except on thursdays) in July & August. 2 tennis courts, fitness trail and playground for young children. Hiking and mountain biking possible right on from your cabin.
Market on Saturday mornings from 7-12 a.m.

France- 42440 NOIRETABLE is located 5 kilometers south of exit 4 of the motorway connecting Clermond-Ferrand to Saint-Étienne. The town is crossed by the D 1089, former N89, Lyon-Bordeaux, on which Noirétable is located between Thiers (to the west, 24 kilometers) and Boën and Feurs to the east. Our village is 43 kilometers northwest of Montbrison.
